When you submit an eligibility enquiry, we may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, whether you own a home, your current mortgage balance range, your annual household income range, your employment status, and what you would like help with. We may also collect technical and campaign data such as your IP address, device type, referring page, browsing activity, and advertising identifiers (including UTM parameters, Google Click ID and Facebook Click ID) via cookies and analytics tools.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and assess how we may assist;
To connect you with licensed third-party credit providers who may be able to help you;
To contact you (by phone, email or SMS) about your enquiry;
To measure and improve our advertising, services and website; and
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share it with

To act on your enquiry we may disclose your information to licensed credit providers, brokers or referral partners so they can contact you about your request. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, analytics or CRM providers). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Consent and direct marketing

By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted about it, including by phone, email and SMS, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us below. Where you have consented to be contacted by phone, that consent applies despite any listing on the Do Not Call Register.

5. How we store and protect it
